Measure your waist measurement at the exact level of where you would like your jeans to sit. Tip: hold a neutral breath so that your belly is how it normally would be.

Measure yourself about 3 inches below where you would like your jeans to sit.

Measure the widest part of your hips aligned with the biggest part of your butt. Typically a few inches below the previous measurement.

Measure the highest part of your thigh, where your leg starts. Just under your butt.

Measure the center point of your thigh, between your upper thigh and your knee.

Measure the widest point of your calf, a few inches below your knee.

Measure where the bottom part of your leg meets your ankle.

Measure from your heel to your crotch via the inside of your leg. Tip: step on the beginning end of the measuring tape with your heel and bring it up to your crotch. Stand up straight and use your fingers to pinch where the measuring tape meets your crotch, then see where you pinched.

Hold the measuring tape starting from the point where you would like your jeans to sit, down through your legs, and back up your butt to the back of your waist (at the same level as where you would like your jeans to sit).
