This may include measurements you manually provide, measurements generated through a mobile body-scanning experience, fit preferences, garment preferences, photos or images submitted for measurement purposes, measurement outputs, and related quality-control information.

We use measurement and body-scanning information to:

  • create and fulfill custom garments;

We do not use body-scanning photos, measurement data, or fit data to identify you through facial recognition, authenticate your identity, or create biometric identifiers for identification purposes unless we provide a separate notice and obtain consent where required by law.

Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent before collecting or using biometric identifiers or biometric information. We will retain measurement and body-scanning information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including order fulfillment, remakes, customer support, repeat orders, product improvement, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and business records.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information for the following purposes:

We use personal information to operate the Services, process payments, fulfill orders, create custom garments, provide measurement and fit services, manage accounts, arrange shipping, process returns, exchanges, remakes, and refunds, and communicate with you about your account, orders, or transactions.

Measurement, Fit, and Product Improvement

We use measurement, body-scanning, fit, and order information to generate measurements, develop patterns, improve fit recommendations, improve product quality, reduce remakes, identify measurement errors, and improve our technology and customer experience.

Customer Support

We use personal information to respond to questions, provide support, troubleshoot problems, manage complaints, process remakes or alterations, and communicate with you about your use of the Services.

Marketing and Advertising

We may use personal information to send promotional emails, SMS messages, newsletters, offers, product updates, and other marketing communications, subject to your preferences and applicable law.

We may also use personal information for targeted advertising, retargeting, ad measurement, attribution, and marketing analytics.

SMS and Email Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS messages, we may send you transactional and/or promotional SMS messages. Consent to receive promotional SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of marketing SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message or by contacting us.

If you provide your email address, we may send you transactional emails related to your orders or account and, if permitted, marketing emails. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send transactional or service-related messages.

5. Cookies, Pixels, Analytics, Session Replay, and Website Interaction Technologies

We and our vendors use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, SDKs, local storage, analytics tools, advertising technologies, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services, remember preferences, understand site usage, measure marketing performance, personalize content, and deliver or measure advertising.

These technologies may collect information such as IP address, device identifier, browser type, pages viewed, products viewed, links clicked, browsing activity, approximate location, referral source, and interactions with the Services.

We may use tools such as Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Hotjar, Klaviyo, Visually.io, Meta Pixel, Google advertising tools, and similar technologies.

Some tools may allow us or our vendors to record, replay, analyze, or infer website interactions, such as clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, taps, navigation paths, and interactions with website forms or features. We use these tools to improve website functionality, troubleshoot issues, understand user experience, and measure marketing performance.

We do not intentionally use session replay or similar tools to collect full payment card numbers, security codes, passwords, or other highly sensitive information. Where available, we configure these tools to mask or exclude sensitive fields.

Because laws such as the California Invasion of Privacy Act may apply to certain website tracking, chat, recording, or session replay technologies, we provide notice of these technologies and, where required, obtain consent before enabling them. You can manage cookie and tracking preferences through our cookie banner, privacy choices link, browser settings, or other tools we make available.

Most browsers allow you to remove or reject cookies. If you block cookies, some features of the Services may not work properly.
