Love them!

After a bit of trial and error (mostly on my part) we worked together to get the best fit for me. I am very happy with my jeans and planning on wearing the heck out of them once the weather cools down. I had a great experience with customer service...so nice to know you are working with real humans on the other end of the purchasing process!

Great service and jeans

Overall I’m very pleased with my experience and the jeans. The price is great for being custom. As a 6’1 female, it’s been a challenge to find both a proper fit and length in branded jeans. Customer service was really nice throughout the process and helped me remake my jeans when certain areas felt off. It does take a month to turn around the jeans, so if you need to have them remade, it can turn into a longer process. But I felt it was worth it! The jean quality is good and does not look cheap, but I do wish it was a little thicker and that they offered a few more shades of colors. I liked the dark wash I ordered, and have the light on the way. I would order from Neems again!

Top Notch

I am a 58 year old man who has never in my life had a jeans that fit me properly. It didn’t matter what brand or price, they always sagged on my ‘rear-end’.
A friend suggested having a ‘bespoke’ pair of jeans made - but I could not justify the $600 price tag.
So I popped onto Google to find a company that offered the same quality custom jeans for a more reasonable price.
Wow did Neems deliver.
From beginning to end, my experience was nothing but excellent and the end product is top notch.

When the first pair I received didn’t fit me ‘just right’, Dani (herself) scheduled some time for a zoom to ensure that my measurements were correct, and Caro (my new BFF) stayed in touch with me throughout the process.
In a world where ‘customer service’ is often an oxymoron, Neems gets it right.
Actual Product: A+
The quality of the Neems Jeans exceeded all of my expectations. They look and feel like they cost me $600 and they fit me perfectly. They are by far the best fitting and best looking jeans I have ever owned. From waist to length to rise and inseam to color and weight, Neems cares about and delivers a high quality bespoke pair of jeans.
6 pairs later, Dani, Caro and the awesome Neems team continues to deliver consistently excellent custom products at a fraction of the cost.
