I was hoping to be impressed by Neems and I was! The app was easy to order and the sizing app was especially beyond my expectations. The communication of the process was excellent and frequent. When I needed to make a slight adjustment on my first pair it was done promptly and noted for my second pair. It felt a bit expensive at first but the attention to detail and custom fit have me sold. I was a little skeptical at first about sending my favorite jeans away for weeks but they were starting to get thread-bear and needed to be replaced asap. I also needed hem taken up and the waist taken in by just a hair. Happily, I’ve gotten my old favorite jeans back and a pair of gorgeous new jeans that fit like a glove. They actually fit better than my old jeans! Danni was able to accommodate custom top stitching for the pockets which was the whole charm and what I loved about the jeans in the first place. Now that they have my measurements, when any pair of jeans reaches their end of life in the future, I’ll be replacing them with Neems! And added bonus, sometimes black dyed jeans have a funky smell, but these have no smell at all and feel like the quality vintage jeans you used to buy in the 90s. I highly recommend them!

I ordered two pair of custom jeans and I really love them

Bespoke jeans are a luxury item. The luxury is wearing clothes that fit near-perfectly in an off-the-rack world. This level of craftmanship is a process of taking a dozen or so very precise measurements and delivering these numbers to someone in another state whose whole job is to achieve a miraculous end-state: a fully-satisfied, referral-giving customer. It is capitalism at its best!

Tips:

Realistically, perfection won't be achieved on the first try. You might be satisfied, but there will always be half-inches or more you wish you had added or subtracted. That's why buying two jeans on the first transaction is a smart move. They will be mailed to you one at a time and there will be an opportunity to final-adjust everything.

If you are buying just one pair, though, I strongly recommend that you recruit an assistant who has a good eye and is slick with that measuring tape. Measuring yourself solo is feasible but not ideal.

If you're a male, ask if men need to make any sort of anatomical adjustment for the rise. In my opinion, most men probably ought to follow the measurement directions and add a half-inch to an inch.

The only negative observation is that the whole process of placing your order through receiving your jeans in the mail takes weeks. If you have a time constraint, this might not be for you. But the fact that you visited this company's website indicates you like commissioning projects, building bridges, planning polar expeditions. This is the next-best thing.

I was skeptical but WOW! I have jeans that FIT ME! The process way easy and I love the black and cream colors that I ordered. I cannot wait until the summer heat is gone to begin wearing them.

What else can I say. These jeans really fit. And the fabric is a soft denim - not stiff.
