    FAQs

    Where do I send my old jeans to get cloned?

    Right after you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a shipping label and the shipping address to mail your jeans. 

    I would like to clone a pair of jeans, but would like to add a few tweaks to the fit. Is this possible? 

    Absolutely! On our Clone My Jeans page, we have a "Special Modifications" text box where you can let us know of any tweaks you'd like us to make for your new cloned pair, such as adding length or taking in the waist.

    What if something doesn't fit perfectly?

    All of our jeans, including your cloned jeans, are covered by our Neems G(wear)antee policy. If anything doesn't fit perfectly, just shoot us an email at support@neemsjeans.com and we'll get it fixed right away, absolutely free of cost.
