All Neems Jeans are custom-made to your unique measurements. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to craft your perfect pair before your order is shipped.
Nothing to fear, it's a normal part of life! Neems is committed to you having a lifelong pair of perfectly fitting jeans.
If your jeans no longer fit perfectly, send them back to us and we'll make you a new pair (made to your new measurements) at 40% off.
For first-time customers who order more than one pair of custom jeans, we always make one pair first (whichever one you choose), ensure it fits perfectly, then go ahead and make the remaining pairs expedited. This is because each pair is 100% custom, so we want to make sure they fit perfectly first!
If you are a repeat customer and order more than one pair, we will make all pairs in your order and ship them together.
Yes, absolutely! We have done a variety of custom jean styles in the past for our customers (i.e. bell bottoms, flare) upon special request.

Currently, we can make our jeans up to a 58" waist size (correlates to approximately a 5XL), due to the width of the denim fabric we source.
